Story: Parenting 101

When Carole and Stephen Hanna of Sacramento had their daughter Lily in October, they found themselves at square one, with little knowledge of how to be the parents they wanted to be. "As my first baby, as my husband's first child, too, we just felt like there were so many things we didn't know," Carole Hanna recalled recently.
