All staff are introduced to the NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct and Statement of Commitment during their initial orientation and are expected to uphold these standards throughout their time at the Center. The Code is not just a document—it’s an active part of our culture. It is discussed during our Fall Staff Orientation, revisited regularly during staff meetings, and applied to real-life ethical scenarios throughout the year.
