Alta California Regional Center:

Provides and coordinates a wide range of services for children under three years of age, including screening and assessment, case management, Medi-Cal resources, parent education and ongoing therapeutic interventions. Services also available in Spanish.

City of Davis Regional Resources List for Persons with Disabilities:

Northern California Children’s Therapy Center (CTC):

CTC provides therapy services to children with a variety of disabilities, regardless of their family’s ability to pay. Services also available in Spanish.

WarmLine Family Resource Center:

A parent training and information center staffed by parents who share the common experience of parenting  a child with special needs. The offer special education training and phone consultation. No referral is needed. Call at (916) 922-1490.  Services also available in Spanish.

Early Years Consulting:

A small, local consulting group of child development specialists with ECL backgrounds who focus on young children’s social and emotional development and relationships and work individually with families to strengthen their ability to foster children’s healthy development, positive behavior, cooperation, confidence and emotional resilience.

Developmental Pediatrician Dr. Stephen Nowicki, affiliated with Woodland Healthcare and Sutter Davis Hospital:

Local developmental pediatrics practice providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment of developmental and behavioral challenges experienced by infants, children and adolescents.

Communicare: Davis Community Clinic:

Medi-Cal, Medicare, Partnership Health Plan and some private insurers are accepted for most services, or patients may pay according to a sliding fee scale. No one is ever denied service because of their inability to pay. Assistance is given to help patients enroll in coverage programs for which they are eligible. Services also available in Spanish.

Yolo County Health and Human Services:

Provides a wide range of health care services, social services, mental health services, alcohol and drug treatment services, public health services, employment services and income assistance. Services also available in Spanish.
