Paid Work Learn Experiences

The Early Childhood Lab School offers several paid work/learn opportunities for undergraduates enrolled at the university. 

Our philosophy on the employee-employer relationship at the Early Childhood Lab School (ECLS) is grounded in mutual respect, open communication, and a shared commitment to providing exceptional care and education. We believe in fostering a nurturing, supportive environment where all employees—including program assistants, classroom assistants, classroom interns, apprentice teachers, lead teachers, and others—are valued for their unique contributions and are offered meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
